For Faulty Items or Items that break I will repair, replace or refund order if:
You can prove the fault through photographs and return of the items within 30 days of receiving. I will cover the cost of shipping in these instances.
For items that need repair after 30 days up until 90 days I can offer guidance on repairing yourself or offer free repairs if you pay for return shipping and shipping back to you. After 90 Days I can't guarantee repair, replacement or refund.
If you wish to return an item based on change of mind I am happy to offer this if you:
Contact me within 14 days after receiving your item.
The terms are that it must be in as new condition and no signs of wear.
You must pay return shipping.
Once I receive the item back and asses that the condition I will issue a refund within 7 working days or if you are swapping the item for another I can ship out the new item to you at your expense.
